More than what it seems

This was another treasure unearthed. A family was having an estate sale and this was buried under a couple things in the garage. It meant a lot to the kids of the man who painted it but they were ready to see it go. I really liked it and I think they could tell so they parted with it. I think it was some closure for their loss. I made sure where to tell them they could visit it if they ever needed to. Good people pulling together in a hard time.

Roller Skate and destroy

I spent some time this morning hunting through the garage sales of the greater San Jose area. I met some really strange people and saw a lot of children's clothing and plastic shitty toys. There were a couple of good things though. I bought these to sell, they fit the wife and just like that they are no longer getting sold! Oh well better a happy wife than a couple extra bucks in the Paypal account.

San Jose Super Toy Show

I've been working this thing since it began. My good friends put it on and I'm usually on hand to help out. It has turned in to one of the premier shows this side of the Mississippi. This is my little pile of loot. I don't collect any toys specifically but am always on the look out for random coolness at the show.

Dad's first car

This was for sale on the local Criagslist. Very reasonable price. Too reasonable maybe. The old man sure got a kick out of seeing it but I couldn't get him to pull the trigger.

NOS FMF mild steel. Very rare frame with about 7 known to exist. They were also stickered as a "Scot Breithaupt" Model. The frame is nearly identical to 1977 Diamond Backs and were welded by the same company.

More stuff lost and found

I sold this CBR stem a while back. Went to go pack it up and couldn't find the damn thing. Turns out it was in a box under my bedside table with some other cool stuff.

Junk Drawer

Time to organize. I pulled this junk out of one drawer.
